Mattes has held several senior positions at a number of high tech companies, for the last six years with Hewlett-Packard, where most recently he was Senior Vice President and General Manager Enterprise Services, Americas. His corporate experience also includes 20 years in management positions at Siemens Communications. In addition, Mattes has been an advisor and consultant to numerous boards, senior executives, and private equity firms on growth strategies, sales force optimization, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions in the IT and communications industries.
